The Norse GPR cart was developed to enable a rugged platform to maneuver GPR systems in the frequency range 200-1200 MHz. The trolley consists of multiple sections bolted together to form a generic GPR platform. Weight is minimised without compromising strength and reliability. The handles are adjustable in height and can be collapsed to reduce the carts size for transportation. The cart is complete with a tablet computer mount of choice and high level, supported GPS pole. The generic design of the trolley allows for 1-4 encoder wheels enabling position estimation robustness and improved position reliability and accuracy in cases where GPS or total station is unavailable.
